SPOX “Win Big for Your Run Club” Competition

Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this competition is SPOX Ltd (referred to as “SPOX”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
  2. Eligibility
  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Entry is open to individuals entering on behalf of a running club, gym, or community running group.
  • Employees of SPOX Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  1. How to Enter
  • Entries must be submitted via the official online entry form accessed through SPOX.uk or the competition link provided by SPOX. The link will also be available via QR code at the National Running show. This is in Birmingham on 31st January and 1st February 2026. 
  • No purchase is necessary.
  • Only one entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
  1. Competition Period
  • The competition opens on the date it is first promoted.
  • All entries must be received by 23:59 (UK time) on 28th February 2026.
  1. Prizes

As shown on the competition poster:

Gold Prize (1 run club):

  • SPOX custom socks
  • SPOX custom hats
  • SPOX custom gloves

Silver Prize (3 run clubs):

  • 10 pairs of SPOX custom socks (per club)

Bronze Prize (1 run club):

  • 2 x SPOX custom performance shirts

Plus additional runner-up prizes, as promoted by SPOX.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

  1. Winner Selection & Notification
  • All winners will be selected by SPOX.
  • Winners will be chosen and notified before the end of February 2026.
  • Winners will be contacted via the email address provided on the entry form.
  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, SPOX reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  1. Product Design & Customisation
  • Winners may provide their club logo for inclusion on custom products.
  • The overall product design, layout, and styling of items such as gloves, hats, and other accessories will be determined by SPOX.
  • Socks and apparel will follow SPOX’s standard custom production capabilities.
  • Exact colours, placements, and final designs are subject to SPOX approval.
  1. Delivery
  • Prizes will be delivered to a UK address only.
  • Production lead time may apply. SPOX will confirm estimated timelines with winners after design approval.
  1. Data Protection
  • Personal data supplied will be used solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with SPOX’s Privacy Policy.
  • Entrants’ details will not be sold to third parties.
  1. General
  • SPOX reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
  • By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social platform.
