For a small fee of £10, our design team will create a professional mock-up of your product based on your ideas, colours, and logos.

You’ll receive:

• 2–3 revisions to refine your design
• Multiple design options where appropriate

We used to offer mock-ups completely free of charge. However, as SPOX has grown, our designers now spend a significant amount of time creating mock-ups that don’t always turn into orders. As a small business, this becomes costly and takes time away from supporting active customers.

To keep things fair and sustainable, we now charge a small £10 fee for this service.

The good news — this is fully refundable.

If you go ahead with your order, we’ll deduct the £10 from your final invoice. So in reality, you’re not paying extra — you’re just securing dedicated design time upfront.

All mock-ups are digital representations of your final product. As our socks are produced using jacquard knitting (where the design is stitched directly into the sock), the finished product may look slightly different to the digital version.

A mock-up is designed to give you a clear and accurate representation of how your design will look, but it is not an exact physical sample.
